Товарищи, скажите мне, а можно но ли в виндовой сборке GLP'ной программы, cобранной через MSVC использовать несвободные компоненты через OLE... Это считается как что?

Update: И еще левый вопрос... а с драйверами программа взаимодействует как?

Очевидно, что флеш-плеер будет Corresponding Source, а пункт 6 ты выполнить не сможешь за отсутствием исходных кодов Corresponding Source под лицензией GPL.

Хотя тут есть двусмысленность в понятии generally available free programs. Здесь «free» — свободный или бесплатный? Надо Столлмана спрашивать, но насколько я понимаю дух GPL, понимаются свободные.

Так проще? ;) Там отдельно сказано, что к этим исходникам не относятся системные библиотеки, драйверы и подобные штуки.

Тут проблема в том что нужна ссылка для тупых... Эту мысль целиком я осилить не могу, мой собеседник, думаю тем более... Учитывая что он так же не англо-родной как и я.
